Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by FinFuse LLC (“FinFuse,” “we,” “us”), a Missouri limited liability company.

2. The Service

FinFuse brings your finances and your lifestyle into one picture. From the numbers you enter, it shows what is free after bills and plans, how your plans are funded, where the month went, and how much could go into markets under a rule you set. The Service is free to use.

Features marked “coming” are not yet available and may change.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Some markets are not available or lawful everywhere; it is your responsibility to know whether you may use them where you are.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. An account is for one person. Tell us promptly through our contact page if you believe your account has been used without permission.

5. Your information

The numbers you enter remain yours. You give FinFuse permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you. You can download or delete them at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

6. Not financial advice

FinFuse is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser or tax adviser. FinFuse does not hold your money, does not place trades and does not act on your behalf. Figures and sizing shown by the Service are calculations from the numbers you enter, provided for your information; they are not investment, tax, legal or betting advice or a recommendation to take any position. Decisions you make are your own.

7. Markets and risk

Trading in stocks, options, crypto, prediction markets or any other market carries risk, including the loss of all money you put into a position. Past results, including any record published by FinFuse, do not predict future results. Any position you take is one you place yourself, in your own account, with a provider you choose.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other people’s accounts or information, interfering with the Service’s operation, sharing an account, or copying, republishing or reselling the Service or its content.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, artwork, text and software, belongs to FinFuse and is protected by law. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on and may link to services provided by others. Those services are governed by their own terms, and FinFuse is not responsible for them.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinFuse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any figure, price or result is accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinFuse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading or market losses, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid FinFuse in the month the claim relates to.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your information at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Service if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and where changes are significant we will give notice in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
