Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by FinFuse LLC (“FinFuse,” “we,” “us”), a Missouri limited liability company. You can reach us through our contact page.

2. Information you give us

• Account details. Your email address, an optional name, and your password, which is stored only as a one-way hash.
• Your numbers. What you choose to enter: account balances, paycheck details, bills, plans, spending by part of life, memberships and how often you use them, and your settings, including your chosen scene. Round numbers are fine; nothing requires exact figures.
• Your questions. The text you type into “What would you like to do?”
• Membership activity. If you hold a Paper, Predict or Print membership: the positions, predictions and locks you record in those products.

3. Information collected automatically

• Cookies. A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and, if you signed in with Whop, a Whop session cookie. FinFuse sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
• Browser storage. A few display preferences, such as your chosen scene before you sign in, are kept in your own browser’s storage and are not sent to us. Your numbers are kept with your account.
• Network information. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated requests and sign-in attempts, and appears in the standard request logs kept by our hosting provider.

4. How we use information

• To provide the Service: to calculate what is free, set aside and on track from the numbers you enter, and to show them back to you.
• To keep your account secure and to operate sign-in, sessions and password resets.
• To answer questions typed into the Service by choosing which answers to open.
• To provide memberships you have bought and to confirm your access to them.
• To comply with law and to protect FinFuse and its users.

5. Questions and the language model

When you ask FinFuse something, your question and the names of your plans are sent to a third-party language model service, which only chooses which answers to open. Your balances and other figures are never sent. Every figure you see is calculated by FinFuse from your own numbers. FinFuse does not store the text of your questions.

6. How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that run the Service for us, and only as needed to do so:

• Hosting and database providers, which run the Service and store account data.
• A language model provider, which receives questions and plan names as described above.
• Whop, which takes payment for memberships, holds the billing record and issues receipts. If you link a Whop membership, we ask Whop whether it is active.
• An email provider, which delivers password reset emails.
• A font provider, which serves the typefaces the site uses and receives your IP address in doing so.

7. How long information is kept

Account details and the numbers you save are kept until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Numbers kept only in your browser remain there until you clear them. Sessions expire after 30 days, and password reset links after one hour.

8. Your choices and rights

• Access and export. Download everything you have entered from Settings.
• Correction. Edit your numbers and name at any time.
• Deletion. Delete your numbers from Settings. To delete your account entirely, contact us through our contact page.

9. Security

We protect information with the measures described on our Security page. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and where changes are significant we will give notice in the Service.
